How you plan your week can make or break you.
When I was hired as a Merchant Development Associate at a startup, I was clueless about arranging my schedules. My calendar was drowned with project deadlines as tight as a drum and overlapping meetings, especially in this working from home (WFH) period. As a fresh grad who knew nothing, I had the honor to work in PT Moka POS Teknologi, a point-of-sales (in a simplified version, cashier) software. During my first week, I was assigned to plan an online community strategy for its users. As confident as she could be, my manager told me to gather 500 members if I were to pass my probation.
